Delivery & orders
What are my delivery options and costs?
- Canada: Free standard delivery on orders over $69.99 CAD.
- USA: Free standard delivery on orders over $139.99 CAD.
Both thresholds are in Canadian dollars. Available delivery services and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for details.
When will I receive my order?
We are committed to delivery within 1 to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
What if my order has not arrived?
If it has been more than 5 business days, email info@boutiquelilamoda.ca with your order number, the name on the order, and relevant delivery details. We promise to reply in less than 24 hours.
Can I change an order?
Contact us as soon as possible by email or at 416-540-3047. We will check whether a change is possible before your order is processed and shipped.
Returns & order issues
What is your return policy?
Eligibility depends on the item. For the conditions and steps to follow, please read our Refund Policy before requesting a return. Customers arrange return shipping and pay all return shipping costs.
What if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
Check your order when it arrives and email us immediately with your order number and a description of the problem. If you need further help, call 416-540-3047.

What are your opening hours?
- Monday–Wednesday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Thursday–Friday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.
- Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
These regular hours apply to all three boutiques. Contact us if you would like to confirm hours before visiting.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Shop our digital gift cards in $25, $50, $100, and $200 CAD. They are delivered by email and can be used at checkout on our online store.
